Breathing Exercises Better Sleep or not?
New to CPAP... I have started to do yoga-style breathing exercises. Simple inhale, hold, then exhale slowly. Trying various protocols. Also started to use a device called Airofit. I will see if I get any favorable improvements in my sleep and overall. My BMI is 26, and I am in good shape.
I am interested to learn if anyone else has had good results with this general concept of improving breathing.
