Help optimizing pressure
Hey all,

Took an at home sleep study and got prescribed a CPAP and have been using it for a month now. I certainly do feel a little bit better in terms of sleep (I don't wake up feeling as tired, but still tired). Just wondering if anybody has any tips on optimizing my pressure based off of the below charts. I also attached my sleep report.

Some more screen shots, I have more but don't want to overload the post with screenshots.

Symptoms:
waking up frequently during the middle of the night
fatigue
brain fog

after a month of cpap:
still waking up during the middle of the night (not for bathroom reasons)
fatigue
brain fog

RE: Help optimizing pressure
Tried a pressure range of 6-8 and 6.4-8 (was trying to increase the pressure slowly here to avoid induced centrals), any help would be appreciated. Thank you again
