[Health] Negative/Adverse Reaction to BiPAP Need Help

Attaching my OSCAR data for this first night of wearing the BiPAP. Tried falling asleep with the device and ended up constantly waking up almost immediately (in need of air). I don't think I caught a wink of sleep.

where have you gone from that point?

I would hazard a guess that (to attack the Obstructive Apnea) you raised the second number a ways (like to about 8 or 9) but imagine also that the first number might have stayed close to the same (10) for reducing the body's urge to halt breathing (CA) which is generally a reaction.
