RE: Sleep Quality
Yet I keep coming back to it. I had a good night's sleep last night.
F&P Evora Full
S10 *for her* set on APAP first time in a long time.
My AHI was relatively high. However, feeling rested is a blessing. And not getting up 2 or more times in a night is a blessing too.
I'm getting better at putting on the Evora Full. I find the longer it takes me, the more awake I am and the worse night's sleep is. (About a month ago I went to the usual break but left my mask on. Walking back to bed my year old puppy was so scared he bit me! Not fun.) His barks are loud enough to wake the world. Springer Spaniel.
