You have excellent figurtes and many of us are can be jealous when we can see your smooth flow curves. You have already in the range where your feeling smatters more than the figures. Dont chase the figures there is a limit, and too high pressure has some side effect as well.

Thanks, but I wasn't going by the numbers, um but the breathing patterns in the zoomed in.. That breathing pattern is very repeatable. Funny you mentioned high pressures, I was on 15cm cpap mode from the fall of 2018 until July 2024, per my sleep doctor. My 2nd titration sleep study showed that I did better with 12cm of pressure. My 2nd night on the new AirSense 11 is below. Lurking here and reading and getting help has been a tremendous benefit.
