RE: (Help) Dirty CPAP Filters!
A dirty filter is more efficient than a clean filter. The accumulated particulate actually helps capture additional material. Eventually they build up too much pressure drop (resistance) to be useful. Like any filter, you can blow out the debris with compressed air, or wash, however the CPAP filters are not intended to be washed. I would just use the filter until a new one arrives. It is really unusual to see a lot of accumulation on a CPAP filter. What does your furnace filter look like?

RE: (Help) Dirty CPAP Filters!
I would just do without the filter and order some off Ebay. You'll be fine for a few days. My late Dad worked with a lot of motors and a very dirty filter is worse than no filter at all because it restricts air. All the filters sold on Ebay (and probably Amazon) are knockoff brands which work fine for most people. Resmed BRAND filters are typically obvious - they are more expensive and the seller will show a photo of it in a sealed bag that is printed with the Resmed brand.
