Help, EncorePro 2.22a default username and password denied

Help, I am installing EncorePro 2.22a and the default UserName and password is being flagged as incorrect.

I tried it three times and the system locked me out.

I, uninstalled,  reinstalled and tried again, same problem.

I had 2.21 installed before, and my password wasn't working there either, so that had locked up too.

any suggestions?

I use a dreamstation avaps30 and I need to read oximetry data from the sd card.   i do not know if sleepyhead supports this, but I will try that while I await your EncorePro suggestions here...

Sleepyhead does not seem to support my Dreamstation AVAPS30, the ipap and epap numbers are all wrong
