Well, color me surprised! Resmed did through in a new feature on the AS11. Up until now, the only way to get Flow Limits reported on the A10 series is to follow the steps I listed in my post.

I use the 2017 Elite, with straight CPAP.  My OSCAR data and graphics show flow limitations.

Thanks for the information. My AirCurve 10 will show Flow Limitations in the CPAP, S, and VAuto mode, but it will only report actual flow limits in VAuto mode, the other modes report a 0.0.
