In Oscar, you insert your cursor on the flow rate curve at a point that is not in the vicinity of some events and select a 2-3 minute period. The outcome will be a high-resolution flow rate curve where we can see the individual inhalation and exhalation flows. So, we might see the details of the Ins. Exp. Differences. Upload these for both instruments.

Thanks. You can see that both breathing patterns have a similar, close to the ideal Ins./Exp ratio. So, the difference in the reported false figures is only a glitch because the long exhalation decay crosses the zero line several times, and the A11 mistakenly calculates time. Because you are saying it is systematic, some software differences might be behind it. 

You would benefit from increasing your pressure (starting with 10) and your EPR setting (beginning with 1) by the same steps while observing your feelings and curve shapes. This is because most of your inhalation peaks are plateaued. You want to see nice SIN-like inhalation peaks. Nevertheless, I am not a CPAP professional, so you might want to check my treatment suggestion with an advisory member.

Understood, thanks for looking. I have tried all kinds of setting combinations on the Airsense 11 for past 2-3 years without much success.
