Help interpreting Lofta results

Question
Help interpreting Lofta results
Hi, I had my fiance take a sleep study, as I suspected for a while now that she had sleep apnea. Sure enough, it seems she had some events but nothing too bad. Or at least I think. Doc recommends CPAP. What do you guys think? Thanks in advance!

RE: Help interpreting Lofta results
Hey.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article...a.i.dtitle

explains the criterias. but with a pRDI of 11 she probably qualifies for mild OSA. and while her apnea score is under 5 (pAHI) she still woke up 27 times in 8.5h. i think she would benefit from therapy but it is not bad at all, theoretically i think she barely qualifies.
