[Symptoms] Tingling hand palms and feet soles
#11
RE: Tingling hand palms and feet soles
I did some experiments and conclude for now that:

1) the tingling significantly reduces when doing breathing exercises with a purpose to calm down nervous system and increase CO2 in blood
2) it increases significantly, and pretty fast, with high pressure support.

I have now verified "chronic hyperventilation" and started doing breathing re-learning and exercises with my physiotherapist.

I have planned a session with my GP and my sleep center to check this. But for now I assume the real issue is my chronic hyperventilation (low CO2) and that high pressure support makes things worse.

Today it was indeed verified to be neuropathy, it was as you stated a coincidence is started together with pressure support. At least it is clear now.
