Help with my statistics

Help with my statistics
Hello everyone, I have a BMC Resmart GII device paired with a Philips Respironics Dreamwisp nasal mask, and I've asked for help here before. The issue now is that the statistics are fluctuating significantly. I would appreciate your assistance in identifying the problem. I'm sending the report from the last 30 days for your analysis. There are days when I wake up feeling very tired. I'm aware that I should be getting more sleep than I currently am. However, when the AHI (Apnea-Hypopnea Index) is low, I feel great. I'm truly unsure of what's happening. Could it possibly be the mask? There are days when I wake up without the mask. Perhaps I'm feeling uncomfortable during sleep and unconsciously removing the mask. I appreciate everyone's help in advance!
