How do real users with card to cloud send data to real sleep medical providers?

How do real users with card to cloud send data to real sleep medical providers?
In my experience the medical sleep people do not know how to do this or pretend not to know and have no desire to learn.
In the one year old video below, the guy says to use post office mail to send the SD card to the sleep medical person.
I thought maybe someday someone will invent some distributed computer system. They could name it "The internet."
