Hi! New to this - looking for help reading OSCAR!
Hi everyone!

I recently started looking at my Oscar data after still feeling tired and sleepy EVEN while on my Airsense 11. Trying to figure out what is wrong and what I can do better.

If anyone could help me, I would really appreicate it! Feeling very new to this and hope to be able to contribute back to this forum one day.

Best,

You're min pressure is low. 4 from what I read isn't ideal for adults so you're going to have to raise it. I'll let the more experience members tell you how high to raise it.

Your AHI is less than 1 so there is not much better you can do.  I would agree that your min should be higher.  You were between 6 and 8 all night except for the time you had a large leak.  I would set it in the middle at min 7.  Besides that everything looks good.
