Suggestions to improve AHI and sleep quality

Suggestions to improve AHI and sleep quality
I have recently had my CPAP device changed from an S9 Escape to an S10 AutoSet.

I did try VPAP but did not feel that I got on well with it, having come from a CPAP only machine, so I switched back to CPAP on the S10.

My AHI is not too high, but I still feel sleepy and have "gritty" eyes... Hoping for input based on my Oscar graph.

RE: Suggestions to improve AHI and sleep quality
What were your settings with the AutoSet?  What was your median pressure?

Right now, I don't see anything that is too concerning except for the Positional Apnea.  This is where you are sleeping in a way that cuts off your air.  Probably sleeping on your back with a too tall pillow that causes your head to tilt forward into your chest.  This is called chin tucking.

The clumps of apnea on your graph point to chin tucking.  Read through this link to learn more on Positional Apnea and what you can do to correct it.

Note:  Changing pressure settings usually won't make much of a difference in clearing out clumps of apnea until you can correct the Positional issue.
