What were your settings with the AutoSet? What was your median pressure?
Right now, I don't see anything that is too concerning except for the Positional Apnea. This is where you are sleeping in a way that cuts off your air. Probably sleeping on your back with a too tall pillow that causes your head to tilt forward into your chest. This is called chin tucking.
The clumps of apnea on your graph point to chin tucking. Read through this link to learn more on Positional Apnea and what you can do to correct it.
