RE: How can I reduce my AHI
Gideon, sorry my thoughts when typed didn't include all I was thinking... So my beginning of
"True. That could be air starvation. I'm not at all certain 5-8 cmH2O would be enough to cause dizziness or headaches."
I should have included that I was only thinking too low pressures would probably cause the symptoms BUT it didn't appear indicative of too much pressure.
Maybe it makes more sense now...
Mask Primer
Positional Apnea
Attach OSCAR, etc.

RE: How can I reduce my AHI
Dear Dave,
thanks for your helping. My doctor advised switch to ASV therapy, so I use Resmed AirCurve 10 ASV from 2 days. I noticed the AHI drastically improved to 1.4 and last night to 1.0
My device prescribed settings:
EPAP min 5
EPAP max 7
PS min 0
PS max 6, so IPAP max 13.
That's seems work!
RE: How can I reduce my AHI
The pressure set may be fine. What's your OSCAR show you? And are you comfortable and well rested?
