[CPAP] CPAP in Silent Mode and Mask Useful life meaning

Hi,

Purchased a new Resmed AirSense 11 but it remains in Silent Mode and there is good reception when mobile phone is placed next to it.
Tried switching off/on CPAP and leaving it powered on for 24hrs, also My Air is connected but cannot see any data. Any ideas why or what to do?

Purchased a new mask (Lowenstein JOYCEclinic Full Face) but I just found out in manual that Useful life is up to 7 days whilst other Lowenstein masks are up to 365 days.
It seems that this mask is meant to be used for a short period of time for hospitals/clinics and not for home use, can you confirm this is the case?

no, I just registered it now, any further action? (Note I selected US but am located in Europe)

Since I don't use MyAir, I am uncertain if it will recognize the machine since it is in a different locale other than where you claimed to be. I thought it may need to know how to connect to the local cell providers. Time will tell if it will work.
