How many people use Notes?
How many people use
Notes more than a little?
Do you track changes like using Sleep Supplements like Melatonin or any other changes to your regular routine?
I use Notes to track changes to device settings, using or not using a collar, medicine changes, if I used sleep aid like Melatonin and more.

RE: How many people use Notes?
Yes, I use Notes almost every day. It helps me track and coordinate of nasal congestion, humidity levels, hose temperature changes, liquid Benedryl, bathroom breaks, mouth taping, and much more. Very helpful when looking back on past CPAP usage and changes made for good or not so good.
RE: How many people use Notes?
Good idea, I did not think about tracking nights with
congestion.
I wish there was a facility to record notes for the Doctor. Most of my stats are bad and probably could be ignored after I wake up middle of the night. Seems like input on congestion, prescriptions, OTC would be good input for their evaluation of the data. But we only wish they get past the summary.

Some of us do.

I regularly spreadsheet all the variables I can think including the ones you mentioned, but am about to give up.
Too much work, too little yield.

RE: How many people use Notes?
I track if I had heart burn, if I remember waking up, if I took melatonin, if allergies were bad, if family woke me up, if I had rainout, if I had to go to the bathroom, if I had alcohol, and all sorts of other things.
I sometimes record my sleep on a webcam and I’ll use the notes to summarize any interesting details from the video since I don’t keep those long term.
RE: How many people use Notes?
I use notes to track which mask I used and any other changes or noteworthy events.
RE: How many people use Notes?
I find it helpful to use notes and write a note every day. I track which mask I use, because the type of mask will not show up on your daily report and could be an important factor on how you slept. I will add a comment on how I felt when I woke up, whether it took a long time to fall asleep , whether I was out of town. It is helpful to be able to look back at your notes and helps me figure out if you think a pressure change, change in humidity setting made a difference in therapy.
RE: How many people use Notes?
Sometimes I record my dreams in Notes. A funny story: Recently, I've been shopping online for rugs and can't make a decision. Too many choices. Last night I dreamed I was picking up two rugs and taking them home to see which one I liked best. Of course, the rugs were rolled up, so I don't know which ones my subconscious liked best.
RE: How many people use Notes?
I use notes to document when I replace my mask, nasal pillows, tank or heated hose.
This way when CPAP supply discussions occur, I can definitively know how long my supplies last me.
