Your last graph looks pretty good, with low flow limitations, just 3 leak bumps, probably due to some mask movement.
You had only 1 obstructive apnea of 10 seconds duration, and just 1 hypopnea, all in 8 hours of therapy.
So your settings appear to be doing their job efficiently.
The only possibility I see for further adjustment is going back to EPR 3 which may help alleviate the difficulty exhaling that you mentioned in your last post.
From what you say, your main issue is ear pain, which is really beyond the scope of sleep apnea therapy.
Best if you get professional help, such as an ENT doctor specialising in this area will help.
