I was traveling and read that as bump to 4.6 not wait and see if we should bump.

Here's with 4.6 PS:
       


Friday wasn't bad, I woke up a ton last night though not sure why.

Back in my own bed tonight.

You are using PS 4.6 without any problems and a very slight reduction of flow limitation. You can try PS 5.0, but I'm looking for settings that give you the best comfort and rest, so the decision of what settings to keep are your choice based on subjective comfort criteria. So far, results with Vauto result in fewer events, and better respiratory flow but I have not seen a dramatic reduction in upper airway resistance (flow limitation).
