How to change Remstar Auto A-Flex to English language

Hi Everyone,
My Remstar Auto A Flex is in Symbol mode and I cannot work out how to lower the humidity.
To change to TEXT node it says I need to revert to text mode and change the language to English.
I cannot see a way of doing this. Can anyone help me.

My machine offers a language choice in the provider menu.

Hold down the round knob and ramp arrow  button at same time to enter the setup menu.

Thanks OpalRose for you prompt response.

I did try that earlier, but it did nothing, so still stuck with symbols, and cannot make any changes.
I need to reduce the humidity as it is middle of winter here and cold air coming into my machine is producing too much humidity.

Have to tried to reboot the machine?  Unplug from power source, wait a bit and plug back in.

Did you just get this machine or have you had it awhile?  You may have to take it back and have it serviced.

The name Remstar Auto Aflex covers many different models including Legacy, M-Series, System One and Dreamstation.  What is the model number of your machine, or post an image of the machine.  The menus are not the same between the different series.

Yes, I agree, I am taking it back to the dealer and have them change it for me.
