How to get raw watchpat data from .dat files?
I'm trying to get my raw watchpat data in csv format or similar.
I have the .dat files on my phone from the test but I don't know how to read them. Anyone know anything about this? Thanks

Have you tried opening it in a text editor like Notepad?

Yes, it's not human readable unfortunately.
Also tried installing zzzpat & going from there but couldn't figure out how to import the .dat as a sleep study.

That was my best generic answer. What's watchpat? It's possible that the file is proprietary and unreadable other than to whatever it is that's producing it.

RE: How to get raw watchpat data from .dat files?
Watchpat is an at home sleep study - https://www.itamar-medical.com/patients/...p-testing/
you wear the watch for a night at home & the data goes through a phone app. The company or your dr sends you graphs and summary data but I want to be able to zoom into the graphs & see the data in more detail. The phone app leaves a .dat file, which I suspect contains the detailed info I want, but I don't know how to read it. They have an app aimed at clinicians called zzzpat which I was able to get installed but I wasn't able to get it to import the .dat files.

The ".dat" file extension is usually a binary file. You need a hex editor to view the file. The best one I've used for a Windows O/S is Hex Editor Neo. Here is a link to their free version,
