I downloaded the file that lets you change the date and time in SpO2 Assistant and have done that to match up with the beginning time in Sleepyhead, but it doesn't look like anything changed. Basically, I would like to shift the SpO2 time by 10 seconds to line up with what I think that it should. Or, it could be, that I just don't know what I'm talking about

How to import CMS50i into SH?
I've looked and looked to the point of frustration on how to import the CMS50i data into Sleepyhead. I've been able to import the data, but in analyzing it, it appears to be out of sync by about 10 seconds or so. Is this normal?

My initial review of your data appears to be correct. Remember, your blood has to circulate down to your fingertip after you have an O2 depletion. The time delta would also depend on your heart rate as well. With that said, this is just a guess.

Ok, thanks, Crimson. That was only my first night using the O2 monitor so maybe I jumped the gun. Thanks for your time!
