RE: How to overcome if you breath with mouth and nose same time when wear mask

Yes, if the pressure rises due to an Apnea event, it will come back down. But if she experiences flow limitations or snores the pressure will go back up. That’s one reason I don’t like to see a max pressure of 20 if it’s not needed. Sometimes it’s best to cap that max pressure setting.

That sounds to me like it could either be claustrophobia or suffocation, or both. Since you've said that she starts mouth breathing when falling asleep, it makes me think that suffocation is the more likely of the two.
For claustrophobia, encouraging her to wear it while she is awake is a good way to become used to the mask, as OpalRose has recommended.
For suffocation, or not getting enough air, raising the minimum pressure setting and avoiding Ramp is helpful. Also making sure the filter in the machine and the mask vent are clean/functional - does she change the filter regularly? They are meant to be disposable. If she is washing it, you may have a hard time getting her to throw it away. If this is the case, maybe convince her to only wash it one or two times, so that she has a brand new filter every 2-3 months.
It seems to me that getting rid of the sleep meds could be beneficial, as they may be contributing to the apnea. Personally, the only time I mouth breath is when I've had certain meds and I'm also more prone to central apnea then too. I have no idea how you'd convince her to taper off of them though.

Also will "Elevate the head of your bed by four to six inches, or elevate your body from the waist up by using a foam wedge or special cervical pillow." will make things worse or better? She did use some memory form neck pillow at head.

Oh! And in addition to what I just posted, I meant to say that if she was not mouth breathing, a nasal pillow like the AirFit P10 might be a better choice for her.

"avoid Ramp" could you be specific mean ramp off, or ramp set to certain time between 5 -45?
I set auto since i don't know how long will take her fall into sleep.
If ramp is off, what would happen?

I put full mask since she snore when fall into sleep, and she does mouth breath sometimes.
very hard to make decision

I would turn it off, but I wish one of the gurus would answer this for you because I am not knowledgeable enough. Here is my version:
With Ramp on, it will start very low and slowly build up to the proper level. The draw back is that this happens every time the machine turns on (even if Mom gets up during the night).
With low pressure, Mom feels like she is suffocating. With low pressure, Mom is not getting enough treatment to prevent her apnea.

The “for her” mode doesn’t respond to apnea events past 12cm. But the pressure can continue to rise past 12 in response to Flow Limitations and snores. That is why you noticed it went up to 14 on a couple graphs. I think this was discussed in the other thread.
If you are more comfortable discussing with her doctor, ask if she would do better with the regular Auto mode instead of the “for her” mode.
she has no insurance here does hard to make appointment to see doc.
She used machine with auto from Apr to Aug last year. I saw the stat seems good, until recently when she started again, the AHI is such high sometimes. Please see attachment. I can't tell what changed. But from the beginning, she hasn't been used to the device either.

Check the filter. If she is using the same one that she started with, it needs to be changed (even if she has been washing it).

I wouldn’t personally use the ramp feature when her minimum pressure is set at 5. There is no where to ramp up to.
Now if you were to raise the minimum pressure to at least 8cm, then using the ramp to start at 5 for 45 minutes may help her to feel more comfortable.
Hang in there, sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to get it right.
