New Member Newly Diagnosed Help With Interpreting
Hello - I was recently diagnosed with severe OSA (AHI 49.6) via an at-home sleep test. I couldn't get a full sleep study done until July, so I advocated for myself and got an RX for an APAP and paid for it out of pocket so I have no insurance constraints. I'm winging it a bit right now, but things are definitely getting better.  I'm new to OSCAR and also am using a Wellvue Ring Oximeter, so I have SPO2 data as well. I'm worried about the two dips in SPO2 between 1:20 am and 3 am and between 5:40 an 7 am or so, when no OA seems to be present.  Would appreciate any advice about these and would also appreciate any settings advice. I figured out how to get into clinical settings and changed my range to 6.6-13 because above 13 it was waking me up and forcing air out of my mouth and below 5 didn't feel as comfortable (originally set to APAP 5-15).  I've seen my AHI go down significantly (and thankfully).  I am feeling like I'm doing this on my own for now.  Thanks for any thoughts you have and grateful that you all are here. EPR is set to 3, humidity at 5.
