Jesse,

I don't feel any different, but i will perservere. I don't expect immediate results if indeed it is some kind of apnea that is causing my ills.
One step at a time...

Thanks

Right on. I think you've got the right frame of mind. Keep it up.

Most welcome.

Walla Walla, I'm waiting for your point by point technical analysis of why my advice is wrong and Sleeprider's advice is correct. I think it would be very helpful in understanding why you continue to make negative comments about my advice. If my advice is wrong, I would be happy to change it.

Wallla Walla, Ron, and Sleepdreamer,

Gentleman, I appreciate all your collective input and I appreciate the fact that 4 individuals can look at the same evidence and come up
with a different approach. Look at the ways an oncologist can view a clinical study, yet might treat a certain type of cancer different from
a different oncologist.

I follow the "evidence-based medicine" approach to treating a condition. Sometimes we don't have access to or the time to get this evidence so
we treat empircally.

So i respect all the advice that you give me, knowing ahead of time that some of it is"evidence based" and some empirical.

Thank you all for your feedback,

I remain, respectfully,

Jarhead

Not to butt in too much, but she is not Hal. This is your thread for your topic and not a place for, perhaps, confusing debate and bicker.

You are fine sir.

I think Opal Rose was referring to posts which might be confusing to you, JarHead, if there was too much disagreements.

I hope you continue to improve with your well considered and gentle steps. The neck collar helps me tremendously, as does the tongue trick.
