I think I need a bi-pap
I pull my mask off around 1hour 30minutes to to 2 hours 45 minutes.
Im not aware I do it. I feel horrible, bad mood, fall asleep while driving, and doctors are not helping. Any input would be great.

Welcome, I'm sure that there are people here that can help. But we need the charts from OSCAR (free download) at the top of the site. It will give information that will help with the suggestion you need to make. Please take the time to do it, you will get help from this site.

Follow this link to guide you. Use the layout in the tutorial before taking a screenshot. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...ganization We need to see the following graphs: Events, Flow Rate, Pressure, Flow Limitations and Leak Rate. Leave the others off unless asked to see. Eliminate the right side Bar. Show left side bar, but eliminate the pie chart and calendar. Thanks!

The one thing I can see is that you are not using your CPAP enough. The daily screenshot will tell us what is going on but tell us, honestly, why are you not using it longer? specifically why are you taking it off?
And do post nightly screenshot, even if it is from Sleepyhead. (OSCAR has over a thousand improvements from sleepyhead)
