I went back to my sleep clinic yesterday so that they could check it and everything is fine. I think I was just getting a bit paranoiac about
it.

Last night results were smiley face, AHI 0.4
I don't have a humidifier.
I'm not from USA - I didn't realise this forum was American based
but it's fine if I can get help as & when I need it.

Many thanks again.
I'll keep on perseveringBig Grin

I have a feeling you might be Canadian, judging by what you said about waiting 3 months for your machine, etc.

Am I right?

There are a few of us Canucks here IF you are

That's understandable. The diagnosis freaked me out.

Awesome. You've cleared a huge hurdle. Many of us were not lucky enough to clear it as fast as you have.

Doesn't matter where you're from, they should have given you a humidifier.

Glad you got your machine figured out Maz,

About being USA based? Try not to hold it against us; we actually have many many members from as far away as Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Ireland, Texas,,,, We're just happy to have all of you here to help us figure all this stuff out.

Actually I'm from England but I live in the Czech Republic so the language is complicated. I speak some Czech but my doctors don't speak good English so it's so good to know I have all you new friends to help & advise me Wink

Many thanks for all your advice!!!!
