Ianfernie - Cpap Therapy
AHI staying around 10 - with mask leaks and disturbed sleep

Into third month of CPAP use having moved to an Evora fullface mask after leakage and claustraphobia issues with  original Simplus F/F.
Marked improvement with Evora , - BUT

i) AHI (was severe at 46) now averaging 9-10  higher with large leaks and has been under 5 only about 4 times. Starting pressure at 8, max pressure 14 . Any advice to acheive <5 regularly
ii) Continual disturbed sleep with awakening evey night after 1-2 hours and difficulty in getting back to sleep. Thoughts?
iii) After initial improvement in daytime sleepiness now still feeling this more ofter than not. Advice?

Regards IBF

Welcome to the forum.

The first thing that you want to do is to download OSCAR and get an SD card.  See OSCAR above on the forum home page for info for downloading etc.  If you have problems loading OSCAR ask for help.   Once you get it installed and have a few nights recorded post your charts and ask for help with your therapy. We really need to see the charts to be much help.
