Ideas on how to reduce events, ahi
Events 27HI
AHI 17
Above using older F20 face mask

Looking for ideas on how to get these down.

Just got a new mask and headgear 3 days ago and events went down to 17 AHI to 16.

Pressure range 6 to 16, current pressure 12.

I use a RESMED airsense 10 machine & new Evora face mask.

From my SD card most of my apnea seems to between 3 and 4 am

I start sleep on my side and wake-up on my back.
