Increased AHI

Increased AHI
I have adapted to my mask and been sleeping (not more than 6 hours as at some point throw it off!) and my AHI for most nights has been less than 1. Last night it was 1.7 and I could tell I was not sleeping well. What causes a rise in AHI? Does this mean that the pressure needs to be changed? I can't correlate it with anything in particular...

RE: Increased AHI
somnia16,
Have you downloaded the #SleepyHead software?

The only way to determine how well your therapy is going (besides how you feel) is to use the software.

A rise in AHI could be from many reasons. Without seeing some of your data, it's hard to advise.

RE: Increased AHI
It is normal for AHI to swing from near zero to as much as 3 for well-treated people. One night at 1.7 is meaningless in the context of treatment. Do not change anything or worry about it.
