Interesting phenomenon with CAs

Nope, I got an alien symbiont in my lower back (spinal epidural lipomatosis not caused by excessive steroid use) combined with my usual Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome stuff. That's the simplest way to put it.

I decided to stop using the Pap Cap since, we believe, it is responsible for a tender spot I have on my head. I want that to get better before I use it again. If the spot returns, then I know for sure it is to blame.

Anyway, good news is the leak rate did not increase much. Had more trouble with the mask coming off than with me breathing through my mouth.

BUT, my CA events came back.

18th - AHI 2.87 = OA 16
19th - AHI 2.38 = OA 14, H 4
20th - AHI 3.16 = OA 28, H 3
21th - AHI 3.29 = OA 27, H 2
22nd - AHI 2.86 = OA 24, H 1
23rd - AHI 1.57 = OA 8, H 1 (really short night)
24th - AHI 3.39 = OA 7, H 1, CA 8
25th - AHI 5.05 = OA 40, H 3, CA 9
26th - AHI 3.37 = OA 9, H 2, CA 11
27th - AHI 3.05 = OA 13, H 1, CA 10

My dreams these past 4 nights have been really, really bizarre. If it continues tonight, I will go back to the Pap Cap just because I am not getting good sleep. I have also lowered my pressure from 20 to 18 because my 95% has not gone over 18 but once a week or less for over a month. I don't see how the DROP in pressure has created the increase in CA events when the AHI has remained its usual erratic self.
