Interpreting Oscar values

Interpreting Oscar values
I have a Garmin watch and I noticed it shows dip an 94% average O2 overnight but sometimes dips at 84%.  I've read some things online that make me think the readings from the watchin aren't very accurate and the dips are likely due to arm position.

I tried to look at OSCAR data to see if I could see stats that align with the dips and I really couldn't find them.

I consistently have AHI between 0 and under 1.0 and feel well rested. I've been using the BiPAP machine for 2+ years and it's been very positive once I got used to it.

I wondered if there are any specific things I should look for in the Oscar data to align with the Garmin data, or if it is pointless to try.

Do any of the numbers below look strange?  At my most recent meeting with provider they were very happy with all the numbers they could see.

I've tried to search the forums and docs but I am not sure how to interpret:
  • minute vent
  • resp rate
  • Insp Time
  • Exp Time
  • Tidal Volume
Or what would represent normal readings.

Beyond generally feeling good and low AHI what other metric is useful to confirm the machine is working as expected?
