Is it UARS? Can I fix this?

Is it UARS? Can I fix this?
Hi everyone, I need help because I have low AHI but still don't feel great. I still have a high heart rate, and feel short of breath. Could it be due to hypercapnia? See my OSCAR chart below!

I am 25 years old, 175 pounds, and was in good shape until the sudden onset of central apneas began to occur.

As you can see from my chart, I have managed to solve my high AHI, but I have multiple of these breathing spikes during the night. Does this mean my breathing is too shallow?

With low AHI, I still struggle during the day. I have more energy than I used to but I still have issues with breathing and high heart rate . I still cannot exercise because my heart rate will not come back down to rest afterward. I still feel short of breath all day and have to continuously catch my breath.

As soon as I wake up, I stand, and my heart rate shoots to 100. It feels like I have cleared the first hurdle, but now I can't get over the final, second hurdle

Does anyone know what may be causing this or how I can fix this? Or can anyone help me understand better?

Thank you for the help!

You are feeling short of breath. Set Min EPAP = 6 and see if that helps. This is looking for a subjective change only and is based on your comment.

Do you have a pulse oximeter? It would be helpful to see your O2 levels alongside the rest of the data you shared. Your OSCAR readout is very clean data. All obstruction and most resistance has been treated. What AHI did you start off with?

I'm not a doctor, as the obvious disclaimer, but your symptoms align with anemia/dysautonomia. This might be beyond just your sleep, and my best advice is go see a doctor about it. Do you have any recent bloodwork?
