Is there a Best Software thread?

Is there a Best Software thread?
Sleepyhead software seems to import data without error report but does not display any data. The docs don't have much real user info.

Is there software that actually works and is supported? It does not have to be free, it just has to work.

According to the SleepyHead website on SourceForge,

Quote:SleepyHead currently works with data capable versions of the following machines:
  • Philips Respironics System One
  • ResMed S9 families
  • DeVilbiss Intellipap

Make sure you are using the latest version of SleepyHead. It should be v0.9.3. Any earlier version doesn't understand the new data format of the Respironics 60 Series machines.

If depends on SleepyHead version, you might need to install the patch for 60 series machines, if not mistaken, newer version don,t work with Mac computers. Make sure "Show AHI/leak/PB" turned on in the clinical menu

It is the latest Sleepyhead software, although I get errors when I upgrade. Seems to be kludgey software.

Is there software I can buy that is more professional?

Thank you,

Ed

Problem resolved with SleepyHead. I uninstalled the version I installed and downloaded the version direct from SourceForge and the data was imported and is viewable.

Thanks to all for helping out and replying.
