Is there a way of formatting a 64gb SD card to work with the AirCurve 10?

Question
Is there a way of formatting a 64gb SD card to work with the AirCurve 10?
Hi everyone, I am working on getting set up for OSCAR right now and I use a BiPAP - the AirCurve 10. I foolishly bought a 64gb SD card for it because there was a good deal, but I'm now finding out that a lot of Resmed machines won't take SD cards over 32gb. Does anyone know if the AirCurve 10 can take it, or will that cause problems? If it can't, is there a way I can format it so that it will take it? I understand if I just need to order a new card, but it would be a bit of an inconvenience. Thanks!

Format it FAT-32,
These machines were approved with what in now old technology and that was state of the art then.

If it's needed, you can use your computer to partition the SD card into 2 separate drives. Make one between 2-32 GB, the other with whatever is left over. The one you specifically chose for that size is going to be the drive dedicated to the CPAP. This will also need formatted to FAT32. The other drive can be whatever.

I don't know if it'll work in practice, but I've dealt with electronic devices that required SD cards or USB drives contain specific size maximum and this has worked when presented to those other devices.

Thanks all! I'll do that. Surprising they haven't updated the machines yet, but I'd imagine that takes a certain amount of work.

They would have to physically flash the firmware on each machine. Not likely! Big Grin
