Is this even working? (CPAP Data Frustrations)
#11
RE: Is this even working? (CPAP Data Frustrations)
Typically I'm a stomach sleeper actually. Last night (the bad one) i tried on my back though, and that seemed much worse. Never a side sleeper.

And yes, quickly read wiki on scc and look very promising. Amazon order will be here friday!

And honestly i find the report quite confusing. It seems like in titration2, the table at the bottom presents AHI as 10, but then they call out AHI #/Hr as 1.5. I thought AHI was typically already a "per hour" basis. I'm an engineer and I can't figure out what these units are, so I really don't know how non-data-centric people are supposed to read these reports. I see AHIs of 10, 1.5, and references to the diagnosis study of 5 (which was performed Feb 2023 at home.

And yes, CAs were the initial concern of my doctor and a driving factor in getting the titration study done.

Your sleep report was much more thorough than mine, but it was a bit confusing. My sleep doctor said engineers make some of his worst patients. He shortly retired afterwards.
