Morning Headaches

RE: Morning Headaches
The saline rinse by NeilMed (squeeze bottle and packets of pre-mixed saline) is what I use about an hour before I go to bed. I use this when my nose feels "stuffy" or dry during the day. Really helps me. I also use distilled water to mix the saline packets in the bottle. Hope you find consistent relief and don't give up!

Another thing you want to rule out, mask vents air outlet are clear and not getting blocked by bed covers.
Re-breathing exhaled air is not a good thing
