Should I Increase Minimum Pressure?

RERAs are a series of Flow Limitations that end with an arrousal.  That arrousal is bad.
Flow Limitations are bad.

Since the APAP can't detect arousal directly, how can the machine accurately identify RERAs?

The resmed titration adjustment guide also recommends raising the min/static pressure 1cm at a time on page 24, for partial obstructions like Hypopnea, RERAs and snoring

"Increase CPAP ≥1 cm H2O every ≥5 mins for
obstructive apneas, hypopneas, RERAs and at
least 3 min of loud or unambiguous snoring"

Looking at detailed zoomed view of typical RERAs you will see arrousal/Recovery breathing. Medical standards state that waveform analysis may be used in lieu of full PSG to determine RERAs.
