Latest OSCAR app version for Mac
I use a link to OSCAR 1.4.0 on my Mac not an installed app. I see the instructions for the latest version of OSCAR for Mac is an app installation. I do not see the OSCAR app in the Apple App store. Is there a possibility it will become available there? Is there a way to access and use the 1.5.0 version for Mac by a link without downloading an app?
I only give suggestions from experience as a fellow CPAP user, not professional advice.

RE: Latest OSCAR app version for Mac
Don't expect it in the Apple App Store. No one wishes to have to pay Apple just to post it there. OSCAR's Install Wiki for the Mac has complete instructions for an easy install. It is simple enough that even I, being Mac challenged, can install it.

OSCAR for macOS has always been a file that needed to be downloaded and installed. Both OSCAR 1.4.0 and 1.5.0 have been dmg files. You would download the installer then double click it and drag the OSCAR.app into your /Applications folder. You may have an "alias" (aka: shortcut) on your desktop or Dock that points to the installed app.
