Supplier Praise

Are we allowed to praise one of the suppliers on the list? # 26 has a current promotion whereby shipping is free. I actually went back and chatted with them, to ask why the web site had allowed the "free shipping" when the product hadn't reached the prescribed cost range, and they said there was a current promotion going on. *And* they don't force a buyer to create an account at their web site. That's a big plus in my book.

I just ordered a side panel for my ResMed Airsense 10 so I can travel smaller and not carry the water unit if I'm not going to use it. Supplier #26 also had the part for a lower price than I saw elsewhere. Yippee!

That is who I have been ordering my stuff from lately. I've been having a VERY good experience with them. Communication is key.

I've order a few items from them too. Very easy to work with. I tried a mask on a 30 trial, and didn't like it. They refunded my money within 10 days.

I have ordered a few things from them. Good service. Only thing is that they are in like Maine or Vermont or Canada or New Hamster or one of those other far northeast states so shipping times can get a little long if you are west of the Rio Mississippi.
