Hi Shastzi, thanks for the tip. I'll try it tonight. Sleep-on-pillow We'll see how the graphs look in the morning. Regards, Jim

Well, the side sleeping got my OA down to 1. But I had leakage when I somehow disturbed the mask. Here are the graphs:

Well, on the positive side, you have narrowed down the problem to positional obstructive apnea. The leak solution remains to be completely resolved. Sure looks better than when this started.

You may want to look into one those pillows made for CPAP or a buckwheat hull pillow.
Using FlashAir W-03 SD card in machine. You can download your data through wifi with FlashPAP or Sleep Master utilities.

I wanted to learn Binary so I enrolled in Binary 101. I seemed to have missed the first four courses. Big Grinnie

Stick it to the man, Download OSCAR and take back control of your data!

Thanks Ian. Like I didn't have enough Honey-Do projects to tackle. Mornincoffee

Thanks Alan, I'm anxious to clear up this leakage problem so I went ahead and ordered a [commercial link removed - simply search Amazon for "Science of Sleep SleePAP CPAP Pillow" to get to the product - Admin] It has good reviews especially for clearing up leakage problems. Thanks for the suggestion. Regards, Jim

Had a good night last night except for the leakage. First night where AHI was below 5.

Hi all, the new pillow arrived and is working pretty well. The only leakage, between 2:00 and 3:00AM, was around the time I went to the bathroom. I seem to remember waking up on my back at one point but I'm not sure.

BTW: I now have an appointment with one of the best sleep medicine doctors in Jacksonville. Here are his credentials:
Pulmonologist Board Certified: American Board of Internal Medicine
Sleep Medicine Specialist Board Certified: American Board of Internal Medicine
Internist Board Certified: American Board of Internal Medicine
Critical Care Specialist Board Certified: American Board of Internal Medicine

Here are last nights results:
