RE: Looks like I did everything wrong. I need help
Looks like you spent a bit of time on your backat 1:30-2:15 and the pressure maxed out. You might want to allow max pressure to go higher to respond to those events.
RE: Looks like I did everything wrong. I need help
Thanks Sleeprider, I'll try that, but when I have used higher pressures in the past, I got more leakage. I have cotton liners arriving tomorrow. Maybe they will help. Have a nice weekend. Regards, Jim
RE: Looks like I did everything wrong. I need help
Hi Everybody,
had the best night ever. The gap at 2:15 was a trip to the computer. I used the mask liner but it was a nuisance. Here's the results.
RE: Looks like I did everything wrong. I need help
The graph looks great. How do you feel? Any better than previous nights?
RE: Looks like I did everything wrong. I need help
Thanks Alan, yes, I feel great. I didn't nod off in my morning tea time with my wife. She appreciated it.
RE: Looks like I did everything wrong. I need help
Wow, big difference from where you started.
RE: Looks like I did everything wrong. I need help
So for you, the trick was staying off your back and dealing with the leaks with a specialized pillow?

RE: Looks like I did everything wrong. I need help
Yes Sleepyhead, That seems to be the key. I love my pillow. I won't get too excited until I can replicate last night's results for a while. I hope it wasn't just a fluke. I have slept on my side for as long as I can remember, but I started trying to sleep on my back because of a misunderstanding of the physiology of the problem. It probably won't take long to unlearn that habit. The mask liner only lasted till my first bathroom break at 11:30, because when I wanted to put it back on it was too messed up. The longer period at around 2:15 was another bathroom break but I also realized that my Restless Leg Syndrome was acting up and I had to take my medication. I stayed up longer to allow the medication to "kick" in.
Thanks OpalRose for your encouragement.

RE: Looks like I did everything wrong. I need help
Another good night, except when I got on my back at around 11:20. That resulted in high pressure and a blow out. I know there are tricks one can use to stay off the back, but I'll try to train myself out of it. At least my AHI was under 5. Here are the graphs:

Unlike the others, I don't have any advice for you. Just mentioning that I've been watching your progress and looks like you are definitely on the right track. WTG!
