Your central events and other apnea are much lower than the August 12 chart, and flow limits are slightly better, so in many ways this looks better. You are using an older version of OSCAR 1.4.0, and you may want to update to the current version 1.5.3. https://www.sleepfiles.com/OSCAR
We can try making changes, but since you have gone from over 6 AHI to 1.57 with the changes above, I 'd like to see you try this a little longer. The variation in volume from breath to breath is still visible, and we may want to take a closer, zoomed look at the flow rate chart. If you choose, lowering PS to 3.4 may help.
