Mask Help

RE: Mask Help
Nasal pillows do work at that pressure. I use the Breeze at 12/17 and sleep predominantly on my side. But you'd have to use a chinstrap which may or may not work for you.

Over-tightening a mask can cause more leaks than it fixes. If you are tightening it so tight you get a headache, that's far far too tight.

I have a "chin strap" and full mustache and sleep on my side. My total leaks are around 50 at 95%. My pressure is not as high as yours but my Amara seems to work pretty well. Hope this was of some help. Good Luck.
