How does my OSCAR data look?

How does my OSCAR data look?
Hi all - hope everyone is having a fantastic Friday! After a few months' hiatus, I have decided to give CPAP a try again. I have an AHI of 9 and both doctors I've seen have said that it does not need to be treated. However, I have seen many success stories regarding treatment of mild OSA.

I would love if a few of you were willing to look at my OSCAR data from last night and see if anything sticks out. I am happy with the number, but I know that does not tell the whole story. Thanks!

RE: How does my OSCAR data look?
Looks pretty good.

You have a few central apneas. If you have this pattern every night, and feel your sleep quality could be better, reducing EPR to say 2, may help, but the potential downside could be that expiration breathing is a little more difficult and there may be some degree of discomfort.

It up to you to decide if you see any net benefit for making a change, or leave at 3.

You also have a small cluster of hypopneas around 11pm which may indicate some positional apnea, but if just a one off, and sleep quality OK, then ignore.

It all depends how you feel, otherwise, I think it looks all good.
