Has anyone used MiCPAP? It is quite small and dirt cheap ($54). Not much information on the website, seems suspicious, but if it works, I would like to get one.

Quote: Scam. It will only work if your sleep problems are the result of nostril collapse. That is not sleep apnea, but might be a real thing for a tiny fraction of the population. Google for "Airing" for a similar scam with more grandiose claims.

Oh, that's the fake Airing (pun not intended). It is an empty shell. Definitely a scam. Several nutcases are taking advantage of the Airing's scam success and setting up their own.

Hi eddieloos,
WELCOME! to the forum.! CPAP therapy is still the best for treating sleep apnea,, in spite of what you hear about pie-in-the-sky things like Micpap. Hang in there for more responses to your post.

RE: MicPAP
I would almost bet that it's the same company/person that is behind the Airing.
Not only does it look similar, they are using the same photoshopped image of the older couple that has both the Airing and Provent photoshopped onto her nose, and a photo of the same male model that appears in the Airing video. Guess the "doctor" couldn't generate enough income from Kickstarter alone, so now he's selling the empty shells for $50. I thought having a functioning prototype was a requirement for Kickstarter, and that's what got the "artificial gill" device pulled.
