I am a new user of AirCurve 10 CS Pace Wave and I would like to ask for help in setting the device. With the help of the forum, I set the device for last night but unfortunately I still cannot reduce H-type events. From the point of view of sleep quality - it was not the best, I was particularly bothered by those strong gusts of air from with which I had to fight and which prevented me from falling asleep again. I also have to I would like to point out that my blood saturation that night was, one could say, bad. I would be grateful for help in setting up the device.

You should start your own thread, you won’t get much for replies as this my old thread for my questions and my knowledge is a bit limited, there are others on here with much more experience. You need to go and start a new thread called AirCurve 10 CS New User Help or something like that. You will want to post your settings as well, not just images of the graphs.
How long have you been using the machine? What are the settings?

micham, I have split your post into a new thread so you can get the help you need rather than mixing into an older thread.
You are using an Aircurve 10 CS Pacewave (ASV) with EPAP min 6.0, EPAP max unknown and PS 4.0 to 15.0. We prefer to get a screenshot of the Dailly Details. A tutorial is in my signature links under Organizing Your Oscar Charts. Your Report screenshot includes identifying information including your name, birthdate and email, so you should delete that attachment under
Manage Attachments.
The report shows you still have some hypopnea and UA events. These are obstructive, and might respond to higher EPAP pressure, however the problem looks like positional apnea and you may benefit from reading this wiki article.

To help you with the "gusts of air" or pressure surges, I'm going to suggest you reduce the PS max setting to 10.0. We will see if that helps. I hope you will follow-up with a Daily Details chart so we can see the results and try some other things to make your therapy more comfortable.
