Moisture with Brevida Nasal Pillows

I was experiencing some pretty serious jaw pain from my Evora FFM and have decided to take a break.  I started using some Brevida Nasal Pillows that I had tried several months ago.  I have noticed more moisture buildup and drips; something that I don't get than what I get with a FFM.  I set the tube temp on my AS10 to the max of 86* and kept the humidity on auto thinking that might control the moisture.  For those nasal pillow users out there, what have you found to be the "sweet spot" in terms of humidity adjustment.  Tonight I am going to go with a 3 and see if that helps.

I also use a Breveda with generally excellent results without condensation, or "rain out".

My set up is very simple. I have a non-heated hose, just a hose with an insulating sleeve.

Before bedtime, I put mildly warm water in the reservoir, to avoid condensation, then run warm up whilst getting ready, to keep this warmth going.

Then just before finally turning in, I run mask fit to flush out any residual condensation that may have built up, then lights out.

As regards humidity settings, generally either 3 or 4, depending on the following factors..

I have a bedside weather station that gives me inside % humidity, as well as various interior and exterior readings. This can give you a rough guide of where you are. If humidity drops down to 40% I may bump up to setting to 5, otherwise I leave it at 4. It all depends on your local climate. 

Here the winters are generally mild, and quite dry, but during the summer we can have periods  extremely hot weather approaching 40°C

Like the majority of Europeans, we don't have air conditioning. Room humidity is adjusted by opening the window!

I think it is a trial and error. One size doesn't fit all. 

And we have all different perceptions on these things.

If you use a hose lifter/hose holder you will not get moisture in your mask.  I bought one from Amazon and it has been great.  I really like that the hose is up off of my body.  That's why I bought mine.
