Most important things to look at in Rescan and SleepyHead
I just imported, for the first time, the data of all my days of usage (15 days) in Rescan and SleepyHead.
There is so much informations
Don't know what to really look for ...
I'm really happy to see all this data but lost to look at the correct and most important stuff !
Can somebody please tell me what are the most important things to look at.

AHI...are you getting to 5 and under? Also the breakdown of AHI. That data would be to the left of graphs.
Compare your events graph with pressure and flow limitation graphs. Watching your leak rate is most important.
Here is a link to the Beginners guide to Sleepyhead.

Lots to read, but take it a little at a time.

Thank you OpalRose!
My AHI, if I read correctly, is already less than 1
I will look at my leak rate and read this document too!

You'll need to either host the file on a public site like dropbox or attach it to your post.
This is hosted on dropbox:
This is an attachment:
Or someone will come up with another way to make that work. I usually just throw pics on dropbox.

Thank you AlanE !
I used Photobucket instead of Dropbox, copied the URL and putted [img] in the front of the URL and [/img] at the end ...
I also tried the attachment like you show me but again it just show an image icon not the screenshot ...
I'm confused
I probably do something wrong but I have no clue what ...

Fixed. You had a web page address (http://...html) within the img tags, so the browser couldn't render it as an image. I substituted the actual image address (http://...png).

Rousseau21,
Numbers look really good. Just watch your leaks, not too bad though. Important is how you feel.

Thank you deepbreathing!
So if I understand correctly I have to put the img tag between the http:// and the png for the next time
